Enrollment is first-come, first-enrolled.

You will be notified once your application has been processed and the $45 application fee has been paid.


BEFORE YOUR CHILD CAN START:

  • Submit complete immunization records and health forms. Stone School Cooperative Preschool has a policy that we do not accept any non-medical immunization waivers and we require that all children who are medically able to be vaccinated are according to the state recommended immunization schedule. Children can not attend class until all records have been submitted.
  • Complete the Membership Packet. You will receive a membership packet which includes health information forms, emergency contact information forms, and membership information.

MEET THE TEACHER & OPEN HOUSE EVENTS:

After you complete the enrollment requirements you will receive information regarding dates for Meet the Teacher and Open Houses. Parents are encouraged to attend one of these events to become acquainted with the functions of the school and their responsibilities as members of a cooperative. Open house dates will be available on our Website, and Meet the Teacher dates will be sent via email.

At Meet the Teacher and Open House events each family will have the opportunity to get more information about their school job and will be asked to sign up for one Outdoor Seasonal Work Day, one Weekend Indoor Clean up shift. All members are also required to read the Member Handbook, which will be sent via email after enrollment, and will contains additional details.

There will be a two-week probationary period for all school members.
